The City of Playford Tennis International will return this year, to the Playford Tennis Centre from 23 - 30 November, where the champions of the future will again take to the court – and locals will have the chance to catch future superstars in action at this free event

The Australian Pro Tour event, a combined men’s ATP Challenger and women’s ITF World Tennis Tour tournament will offer a total prize pool of more than AUD $240,000 and valuable world ranking points!

Entry is free and spectators are encouraged to attend and enjoy the action live at the Playford Tennis Centre.

Tournament schedule - 23 to 30 November

Sunday 23 November - Qualifying

Monday 24 November - Main draw begins

Tuesday 25 November - Main draw continues

Wednesday 26 November - Main draw continues

Thursday 27 November - Main draw continues

Friday 28 November - Main draw and quarter finals

Saturday 29 November - Main draw and semi finals

Sunday 30 November - Finals and our Free Family Fun Day

What time do games start?

Games start daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm with up to six matches in progress at any time.

Free entry to all games.

Which players are competing?

Player Highlights

Men’s Draw:

  • Rinky Hijikata (NSW) – defending 2024 champion
  • James Duckworth (NSW) – two-time Playford champion (2019, 2023)
  • Li Tu and Alex Bolt (SA) – local favourites representing South Australia

Women’s Draw:

  • Madison Inglis (WA) – defending champion
  • Kimberly Birrell (QLD) – No.1 seed and past winner
  • Rising stars: Emerson Jones (QLD), Talia Gibson (WA), Destanee Aiava (VIC)

Together, these athletes form a highly competitive field that will showcase world-class tennis in Playford.

Things to know
  • A ticket or registering ahead is not needed, just come along and soak up the summer of tennis atmosphere
  • Be sun smart and bring along sunscreen, hats and sunglasses
  • Food and drinks (including coffee, ice cream and more) are available for purchase through out the week with food truck and plenty of options at the end of the week for finals
  • We have permanent seating available in front of the main court, but feel free to bring along camping chairs, picnic rugs and cushions to make your day more comfortable
  • Keep noise to a minimum while the ball is in play - but you can cheer on your champions between sets or point

RALLY your friends and family to come along to the grand-finale of the City of Playford Tennis International.
