Our 2022 Playford Community Pulse Survey is now closed.
Thank you to all of those who provided feedback. The information you provide will help us understand how we’re tracking halfway through the delivery of our 2020-2024 Strategic Plan. A 2022 What We Heard Report will be shared with our community later this year.
Each year we survey our residents so we can hear from them directly about how they feel about Playford. Prior to 2021, we wanted to understand how they felt about Council’s performance. It helped us track our progress and identify any opportunities for improvement in our planning over the following 12 months.
In 2021 Council undertook an extensive review of the Resident Satisfaction Survey and changed its name to the Playford Community Survey. This change in approach helps us to better understand what it is like to live, work, play or study in Playford.
Why does Council need this survey?
At City of Playford, we have a strong commitment to understand, listen and engage our community better. One of the ways we do this is through our annual survey. This helps us understand your collective experiences and views about living, working, studying and visiting Playford.
Where does my feedback go?
Your feedback helps us to:
- track how the delivery of our 2020-2024 Strategic Plan
- review and plan our services
- conduct service assurance initiatives
- develop reports and presentations to Council
- inform ongoing engagement opportunities with our community

We are committed to sharing the results from the Playford Community Surveys (and Resident Satisfaction Surveys as they were previously known).
The survey insights are not just for Council to use. We encourage you, our communities, to also use the results in your planning and decision-making.
We want you to know that we are listening and that your voice is heard when we consider and make decisions.
We strive to use results throughout the year and continuously work with teams in their service planning to make sure our community thoughts and experiences are taken into consideration.
