Each year, we invite our community to share their experiences of living, working, studying and spending time in Playford. Whether you're a long-time local, a new resident, a student, worker or visitor, we want to hear from you, because nobody knows Playford better than the people who live it every day.

Why does Council need this survey?

At City of Playford, we have a strong commitment to understand, listen and engage our community better. One of the ways we do this is through our annual survey. This helps us understand your collective experiences and views about living, working, studying and visiting Playford.

We want you to know that we are listening and that your voice is heard when we consider and make decisions.

Where does my feedback go?

We strive to use results throughout the year and continuously work with teams in their service planning to make sure our community thoughts and experiences are taken into consideration. Your feedback helps us to:

• track the delivery of our Strategic Plan themes of safety, accessibility, city appearance and connection
• review and plan our services
• develop reports and presentations to Council
• inform ongoing engagement opportunities with our community

Once you have signed up, you may be contacted to take part in surveys, polls, focus groups or workshops.

We may reach out to you exclusively, or alongside the wider community, and participation is always voluntary.

Sometimes, just a sample of people will be asked to get involved depending on their specific interests, their neighbourhood, or age bracket.
