Playford Online Services provides a way for community members to tell us what is happening in the community. Without registering an account, anyone who visits or lives, works, plays or studies in the City of Playford can quickly and easily report an issue, request a service or lodge and track a development application.

As a registered user, ratepayers are able to access additional features to assist self-service management of their rates account.

• Download copies of current and previous rates notices starting from July 2019
• View current outstanding rates balance
• View payment receipts for current and previous financial years
• Set up direct debit payments – never forget a payment again!
• Update contact details
• Register to receive rates notices via email
• Best of all, when you are signed in, request forms and payment receipts are pre-populated with your personal details

Ratepayer registration is a recent addition to Playford Online Services. By selecting “Ratepayer Registration” and entering registration details provided on Rates Notices, accounts are automatically activated and available for use. See how to register your account in the video below.

Conveyancer and Public accounts can be set up by selecting “Register”. These accounts provide access to specific functions and need to be manually activated by Council staff. You will receive an email letting you know when your account has been activated and is available for use.

Rates Notices can now be viewed within Playford Online Services. Be sure to "Sign In" with your registered account details, and remember that you can only view rates notices if you are the current ratepayer of the property.

An easy way to stay on top of your Council rates is by setting up an ongoing direct debit. Be sure to "Sign In" to set up your account online with weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly payments direct from your nominated bank account.

Be sure to include your account name correctly, making sure it represents the name of the account owner and not the type of account, eg, John and Joan Smith.
