Development Forms and Permits
To ensure you are complying with the relevant state, federal or local by-laws, City of Playford may ask you from time to time to complete a form. This page hosts a variety of forms in both online and downloadable hard-copy format for a range of applications.
Community Land Management Plans
Community land is defined as land (other than roads) owned by Council or under Council's care, control and management. Freehold-titled land owned by Council is not included in the definition and therefore exempt from the provisions of the Local Government Act 1999.
Subdividing a block of land can be a complex process. City of Playford aims to make your land subdivision easier, with resources, fact sheets and links to third-party sites, such as SA Water and SA Power Networks.
Playford uses Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA) standards covering a range of assets. The use of standard drawings ensures a consistent approach to the creation of Council assets by developers, builders and contractors, so they all meet the same specifications.
