You can easily lodge a request or submit a general enquiry any time by visiting our Playford Online Services. Simply lodge and track a request for a service, development application, and easily pay your rates, infringements and invoices.
During business hours you can contact our Customer Contact Centre on 8256 0333. Outside of business hours we offer a limited service which can also be accessed on the same number.
Visit our Customer Contact Centre and visit us between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday at Playford Civic Centre

Do you require a Translator or Interpreter?
The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) is an interpreting service provided by the Department of Home Affairs to provide interpreting services for people who do not speak English, and for agencies and businesses that need to communicate with their non-English speaking clients.
The TIS service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Visit the TIS website for further information.
