Roadworks and closures
Updates on Council-managed road impacts are posted here weekly
Major road works and road closures are occurring on Frisby Road between Curtis Road and Fradd Road, Angle Vale.
Works will commence Friday 28 February 2025 and will continue through until 20 January 2026 (subject to weather).
Works will include rebuilding Frisby Road, new road pavement, footpaths, kerbing, lighting, signage, roundabout, channelised junction, drainage, new underground services and service crossings.
Temporary rubble road with speed restrictions will be in place and Diverse Civil and Commercial will control all traffic. Out of hours traffic control measures will also be in place.

There is a temporary closure in place on Carmelo Road (corner of Port Wakefield Road), Buckland Park. A section of the road is closed, so detours will be in place.
The closure is required to install essential stormwater infrastructure.
Works are happening now and are expected to be complete by Tuesday 30 September subject to weather conditions.
DML Constructions Pty Ltd are undertaking the works.
Footpath renewal works will be underway on Adams Road, Craigmore from Uley to Ironbark Road.

On Saturday 25 October a road closure will be in place on Andrews Road, Munno Para West at the intersection of Fradd Road.
The intersection will be closed to test the watermain which is servicing the new development at the western end of Fradd Road.
Detours will be in place either side of the intersection to route local traffic around the intersection to and from Andrews Road. Please see the traffic management plan below.

Water Pressure Testing Intersection Andrews Fradd E Road Closure
The junction of Brandis Road and Olive Grove will see roadworks from Monday 20 October until Wednesday 22 October.
A&R Contracting, on behalf of the developer, will be making stormwater connections. Contraflow traffic management will be in place.

Gericke Court at Riverlea Park will be closed from Thursday 06 November until Thursday 20 November.
BMD Construction will be undertaking road and kerb repair works during this period, with detours and traffic controls in place. Please see the traffic management plan below.

Legoe Road at Riverlea Park will be closed between Ellis Street and Buckland Road from Monday 06 October until Sunday 23 November.

The work is being undertaken by BMD Construction to install water main infrastructure along Legoe Road as part of the Riverlea development's Water Distribution Network Plan.
Work includes excavation, pipe installation and backfilling.
