This year, we're going above and beyond at the 2025 Positive Futures Expo, so join us for a dynamic day of information workshops, engaging presentations and networking opportunities.

Come and join us to take the opportunity to explore, connect & learn while hearing from industry leaders and lived experience speakers, connect with service providers, businesses & community organisations.

Attendees can also enjoy a free lunch and gain insights into education,
training, employment, volunteering & NDIS services, as well as participate in informative workshops tailored to empower your future!

The inaugural Interview Glow-Up Zone also invites attendees to step in and shine! Be sure to check it out to get free interview outfits, a fresh haircut or style, skincare & grooming touch-ups, and a professional headshot. Everything you need to look and feel job-ready!

A Sensory Space will also be available to attendees, as well as an Event Access Guide to help guide you through the event - so watch this space for updates and this year's keynote speaker announcement!

This application will be reviewed by our team and we will contact you to let you know if you are successful or not. We receive many applications for the expo and we endeavour to notify all applicants as soon as possible.

I understand that this application is an expression of interest to have a stall at the Positive Futures Expo, which is being held in May 2025. *

Details

For the cost of $200.00 each stallholder will be provided with: 

  • One trestle/display table
  • Two chairs   
  • Stallholders must bring their own table signage and collateral 
  • No tablecloths are provided
  • No electrical cables or extenstions provided to stallholders
I understand that no tablecloths are provided to stallholders. Stallholders must bring their own.
Do you need a powered site? *

IMPORTANT: Power outlets are limited and cannot be guaranteed, these will be assigned on a first served basis.

I understand that electrical cables and extension cords are not provided to stallholders. *

About your stall

The issuing of this permit is subject to 

  1. The permit holder agreeing to the General Conditions of the permit as contained herein. 
  2. The permit holder agreeing to all Special Conditions which the Council may determine. 
  3. The permit holder providing a copy of all appropriate insurances as required by either the General Conditions or Special Conditions of permit.
