Delivered by Dr Naomi Rutten, a General Practitioner who specialises in Mental Health, this evidence-based session explores how stress affects the brain and body, how our thoughts and emotions shape our stress response, and how to recognise the early warning signs before stress becomes overwhelming. You’ll walk away with practical tools to regulate stress, manage emotions, and build resilience — helping you perform at your best while protecting your wellbeing.
