Keep kids busy and entertained these October school holidays!

City of Playford is set to keep kids busy and entertained these October school holidays with a calendar full of activities designed to cook, move and create at the John McVeity Centre and The Precinct in Smithfield Plains.

From cooking clubs and playground tours to fun dance sessions and creative workshops, there’s something for every age group to enjoy.

Mayor Glenn Docherty said the wide range of options meant families could find something to suit everyone.

“It’s great to have such a diverse program of activities for children and families to enjoy these school holidays,” Mayor Docherty said.

“From hands-on cooking and craft workshops to sports, dance and even arcade games, there’s plenty to keep our young residents engaged, active and inspired.”
