Food Truck Voucher Giveaway

1. The promoter of the “Food Truck Voucher Giveaway” promotion is the City of Playford (ABN 99 397 793 662) of 12 Bishopstone Road, Davoren Park, South Australia, 5113.

2. Information on how to enter and the prize for the Food Truck Voucher Giveaway competition form part of these conditions of entry.

3. The promotional period is 3 (three) days and commences at 12.00 pm, Monday 22 September 2025 and closes at 12.00 pm, Wednesday 24 September 2025.

4. The competition may be extended at the discretion of the City of Playford.

5. The promotion is open to anyone who completes the competition requirements of tagging themselves and a friend in the competition post on the City of Playford Facebook Page within the promotional period. Only one entry per community member is permitted. The tag must be submitted during the opening hours of the promotional period. Untagged responses will not be eligible for the prize draw. Only one comment per person is permitted.

6. City of Playford Councillors and employees, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

7. This is a game of chance. Each entry will go into a random draw for the winner to be selected.

8. In the event that a competition entry is deemed incorrect, unsuitable, or does not meet the competition terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the submission from the promotion.

9. The draw will take place on Wednesday 24 September 2025 by a random generated number draw. The first two valid entries drawn will win the prizes.

10. The winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger on Wednesday 24 September 2025 after the draw has closed.

11. There is a total of two (2) food truck vouchers to be won, valued at $25 (twenty-five dollars) each. One prize per person.

12. The selected winners will be required to collect their prize using a unique code from a designated City of Playford location at a date and time agreed by both the winner(s) and the City of Playford. Prizes must be collected on event day, 28 September 2025, from the HQ tent.

13. The winners will be required to present proof of identity and the code in order to collect their prize.

14. Winners must sign a Gift Benefit Form upon collection in order to receive the prize.

15. The winners may be required to take a photo with the prize, which may be used in City of Playford’s marketing materials.

16. Should a child under the age of 18 win, the prize must be collected by a parent, guardian, or sibling over the age of 18. Proof of identity will be required.

17. By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this promotion. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.

18. Any material submitted for publicity purposes may be reproduced at the discretion of the City of Playford on any of its platforms (including social media, website, quarterly magazine, and digital screen formats) for competition purposes and at no cost to Council.

19. City of Playford will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained during the course of the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

20. City of Playford shall not be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of participating in this competition, and shall not be responsible for lost or stolen items, or damage to property or vehicles, as a result of participation.

21. City of Playford is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this competition.

22. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion, the City of Playford reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

23. The prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable, exchangeable, or eligible for reimbursement of any amount.

24. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited if not collected on the day. Prizes not redeemed at the event cannot be transferred to other locations.

25. The prize expires on 28 September 2025 at 3.00 pm.

26. If the food truck is sold out of products, the voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

27. All products and services at the event in relation to the prize are available while stocks last.

28. The City of Playford is not responsible for lost vouchers or missed collection.
