Council Development Assessment Panel

The role of the Council Development Assessment Panel (CDAP) is to make decisions on planning applications, as required, in accordance with Council's Development Plan. The panel consists of seven (7) members: four (4) independent members, one of them being the chair of the CDAP and three (3) Councilors.

As determined by a Council resolution in February 2013, the CDAP consists of the following members;

• Mr Damien Ellis – Presiding Member
• Ms Carol Muzyk
• Mr Simon Wiedenhofer
• Mr. Joel Taggart
• Cr Marilyn Baker
• Cr Denis Davey
• Cr Michael Joy

The Panel meetings are scheduled for the third Monday of each month, in the Playford Council Chambers, Playford Boulevard, Elizabeth. Agendas are available at Council libraries and on the Council website on the Friday prior to the meeting. All meetings are open to the public.
