Come and join us for a morning of fun, energy, movement and music!

Body Rock will encourage you to move your body in a range of ways, through fitness, dancing, percussion and relaxation.

Absolutely no prior experience or skill is required - simply come as you are and enjoy moving your body to a range of fantastic songs.

Please wear comfy shoes and clothing.

Recommended for children aged 8 to 12 years old. Parental supervision is required.
