    In this eight week course, use art as a method of grounding, relaxation and mediation while doing Activity Discussions and sharing ideas, thoughts, and stories in preparation of creating your own Mandala, Affirmation or Vision Board. This course will be run by Healing through Arts.

    This course is strictly 18+ years due to mature content.

    Eight week course runs on Tuesdays from 6 September until 25 October.

    Cost: $10 per person, full course.
