Two City of Playford suburbs are among the best value places to buy in Australia, according to an influential real estate report.
According to realestate.com.au, the recently released Hotspotting Price Predictor Index report shows that South Australia has a record 61 suburbs that recorded quarterly sales growth over the past year.
Among those suburbs are two Playford communities that have made Hotspotting’s ‘Top-50 Super-charged Suburbs'.
The two suburbs are Blakeview and Craigmore, reflecting the ongoing growth and development happening within the City of Playford, South Australia’s fastest-growing local government area.
These suburbs are within minutes of Playford Alive and the newly announced shopping centre that will be constructed for Kaufland at Munno Para.
Craigmore and Blakeview are also a short drive from the Playford CBD being developed at Elizabeth that will feature a 4.5 star luxury hotel, Playford Arena, new retail spaces and a medical hub.
The news follows a buoyant start to 2018, in which house values in key Playford areas increased by up to 28 per cent.
The real estate news reflects confidence in the City of Playford’s investment, development and community growth strategy, with local residents experiencing the benefits of an infrastructure focus, as well as broader gains in commercial activity that have come about as a result of the SA’s Next Great City strategy.
