School holidays are here and it's time for some fun in the City of Playford.

With summer bursting upon us, the school holidays are nearly here.

If you’re seeking something to do with your children or grandchildren, the City of Playford has plenty of FREE activities on offer, starting from 21 December.

This summer, there’ll be cool movies at the Stretton Centre library to entertain everyone.

You and your family can feast your eyes on the The Jungle Book (12 January) and Goosebumps (19 January).

There will also be a gaming tournament at the Northern Sound System for teens (18 January), while netball, cricket and tennis sessions will be held throughout January at the recently redeveloped Secombe Street Reserve.

That’s not all that’s on offer, however, so for more information click here. Activity locations:

• Playford Library - Civic Centre and Stretton Centre;

• Northern Sound System (NSS);

• Elizabeth Rise Community Centre;

• Shedley Theatre;

• Secombe Street Reserve.
