Electricity prices are a hot-button topic in any business. But, what if you could find the best energy solution to suit your business? Read on… Small and medium businesses across Adelaide’s north are seeking to cut their electricity costs and a speed-networking event in Elizabeth is set to provide some answers to the pricey problem.
The City of Playford, along with neighbouring councils and the Northern Economic Plan, is planning this event to help businesses link with consultants and system providers.
City of Playford Mayor Glenn Docherty said a range of energy solution providers have indicated they will participate, discussing audit services, efficient plant and equipment (such as water management and air-conditioning), renewable energy systems, energy storage, smart controllers and monitoring systems.
“Businesses in northern Adelaide are telling us of the ever-growing challenges they face when buying electricity and managing energy costs,” Mayor Docherty said.
“Many are seeking solutions to minimise price shocks and are keen to embrace technologies in energy efficiency, demand management, renewable energy and energy storage.”
