This Friday, get ready for a weekend full of theatrics as Playford Palace opens its gates for the Adelaide Fringe in Prince George Plaza.
Playford Palace offers a huge line-up this year with plenty of free and affordable entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.It all kicks off on Friday (23 February) with entertainment starting at 6pm, before the official opening with hip-hop dance troupe, Precizion, as well as South Australian Male Artist of the Year, DyspOra, and N1 Records artist, ELSY, taking to the stage.The Shedley Theatre will host two ticketed shows with the Devine Alls Tribute Show on the Friday night at 8.30pm, along with the festival’s headline comedic act, Peter Helliar, on Saturday at 6.30pm. There is plenty of FREE and affordable entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. No tickets are required for the free performances. Shows held in the Rastelli are first in best dressed, but there is plenty of opportunity to see these acts, with multiple times scheduled.Kids workshops will be available at set times over the weekend and will include robotics, games, nature play, as well as arts and crafts.

Food and full bar facilities available.Food includes burgers, yiros, squid and chips, cheese platter boxes, hot chips, donuts and mini pavlova. There are also snacks such as chocolate bars and chips available.Bar includes water, soft drinks, wine, beer, cider and spirits.
This is a licensed event. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed within designated areas.A designated smoking area will be set up at the Prince George Plaza exit towards Main North Road entrance.
No smoking is allowed in the Plaza.
