The Bunyip's Laura Collins confirmed that the 1st Royal Armoured Regimental Tank Squadron will be moving from Darwin to RAAF Base Edinburgh. This is great news for local businesses and services, with 600 families moving into the northern area. The ABC's Claire Campbell focused on concerns that the region's schools have reached capacity, leaving families struggling to get into public schools.The City of Playford Mayor Glenn Docherty discussed, in The Bunyip, the need for a collaborative approach between the various levels of government in regards to flood prevention. Meanwhile, the Northern Messenger's Sarah Rohweder had a tasty morsel on offer about a new local business venture.
