The City of Playford Mayor Glenn Docherty said there are many local community contributors who could be recognised via these awards.
“Award recipients are chosen from people who are 60 years and over, who challenge the presumed stereotypical views associated with older people, through their love of life and positive outlook,” Mayor Docherty said.“The nominees must live, work or play in Playford, and stand out from the crowd, they are inspirational and enjoy living life to the fullest.” ^^ Enjoying yesterday's launch of the Living Life to the Fullest Awards at the Grenville Community Connections Hub were Alice Stuart (left) and June Mark-Seymour.
