The new National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is now under way, and you may not know if the changes affect you, or what you can expect. The City of Playford can help by introducing you to our Local Area Co-ordination (LAC) for NDIS, Feros Care, to answer your questions, clear any confusion you may have, and provide clarity about what the NDIS means for you.
Feros Care is partnering with the NDIS to provide Local Area Coordination (LAC) to discover what’s important to you and help get the right services in place to support you.
Your support services will be tailored to meet your goals - whether you want to become more involved in the community through sports clubs or local theatre, live more independently, or improve your health and well-being, Feros Care can support you.The Feros Local Care Coordination Service (LAC) will:

Understand what you want to achieve and develop a plan to help you get there
Help you find and access the best support services to meet your needs
Assist you in managing any issues you face with getting services and support
