Photos: SuppliedThe Stretton Centre Library hosted the young job seekers, who are participating in the Youth Jobs PaTH program run by Australian Employment Training Solutions. Through the course the students gain skills and accreditation to assist them towards employment. Part of the six-week course involves students creating an event that will benefit the community and the team chose to help KickStart for Kids.

Led by Wesley Buley, 20, the 15 students achieved their aims, raising about $450 worth of food and gold-coin donations (pictured, left) for the charity.“This experience has helped me to understand where I’d like to go with my future career,” Wesley said.AETS courses are accessible via a referral from your Job Active provider.
