Terms and Conditions: 2024 Business Survey - Gift Cards

  1. 1. The promoter of the “Playford Business Survey” promotion is the City of Playford ABN 99 397 793 662 of 12 Bishopstone Road, Davoren Park, South Australia, 5113.
    2. Information on how to enter and the prize for the Playford Business Survey Competition form part of these conditions of entry.
    3. The promotional period is 22 (twenty two) days and commences at 9am, Monday 18 November 2024 and closes at 11:59pm, Monday 9 December 2024.
    4. The survey and competition may be extended at the discretion of City of Playford.
    5. The promotion is open to all business community members across City of Playford who complete the Playford Business Survey within the promotional period. Only one entry per community member is permitted.
    6. City of Playford Councillors and employees, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
    7. This is a game of chance. Each entry will go into a random draw for the winner to be selected.
    8. In the event the competition entry is deemed incorrect or unsuitable or does not meet the competition terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw your submission from the promotion.
    9. Draw: The draw will take place on Monday 16 December 2024 by random generated number draw. The first 3 valid entries drawn will win the prizes.
    10. The winners will be notified via phone and or email connected@playford.sa.gov.au within 2 (two) business days of the draw. Notification will include instructions on how to collect the prize.
    11. There is a total of 3 (three) prizes of Visa gift cards to be won valued at $100 (one hundred dollars) each.
    12. City of Playford will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained during the course of the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    13. City of Playford shall not be liable or responsible to you for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage you sustain as a result of participating in this promotion; and shall not be responsible for lost or stolen items, or damage to property or vehicles as a result of participating in this promotion.
    14. City of Playford is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this competition.
    15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures of any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, City of Playford reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition if there is any interruption outside of City of Playford’s control and to disqualify any individual who interferes with the entry process.
    16. The entrant agrees that City of Playford and its related bodies may send the entrant commercial electronic messages concerning any information, promotions, products or services of City of Playford, and its related bodies.
    17. The prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
    18. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept their prize at the time stipulated by City of Playford then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
