Terms and Conditions: 2025 Snap's Kakadu Club Giveaway

  1. 1. The promoter of the “Snap's Kakadu Club Ticket Giveaway” promotion is the City of Playford ABN 99 397 793 662 of 12 Bishopstone Road, Davoren Park, South Australia, 5113.
    2. Information on how to enter and the prize for the Playford Business Survey Competition form part of these conditions of entry.
    3. The promotional period is 4 (four) days and commences at 12pm, Tuesday 16 September and closes at 12pm, Friday 19 September 2025.
    4. The survey and competition may be extended at the discretion of City of Playford.
    5. The promotion is open to all business community members across City of Playford who complete the competition requirements of tagging themselves and a friend in the competition post on The Shedley Theatre Facebook page within the promotional period. Only one entry per community member is permitted. The name must be tagged between the opening hours. Untagged responses will not be eligible for the prize draw. Only one comment per person is permitted.
    6. City of Playford Councillors and employees, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
    7. This is a game of chance. Each entry will go into a random draw for the winner to be selected.
    8. In the event the competition entry is deemed incorrect or unsuitable or does not meet the competition terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw your submission from the promotion.
    9. Draw: The draw will take place on Friday 19 September 2025 by random generated number draw. The first 2 valid entries drawn will win the prizes.
    10. The winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger on Friday 19 September 2025 after draw.
    11. There is a total of 2 (two) prizes of doubles passes to be won valued at $30 (thirty dollars) each.

    12. The selected winners will be required to collect their prize using a unique code from a designated City of Playford location at a date and time agreed by both the winner(s) and the City of Playford.

    13. The winners will be required to present proof of identity and the code in order to collect a prize.

    14. The winners may be required to take a photo with the prize, which may be used in City of Playford’s marketing materials.

    15. Should a child under the age of 18 win, the prize must be collected by a parent, guardian or sibling over the age of 18. Proof of identity will be required.

    16. In the event the competition entry is deemed incorrect or unsuitable or does not meet the competition terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw your submission from the promotion.

    17. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this promotion. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.

    18. Any material submitted for publicity purposes may be reproduced at the discretion of the City of Playford on any of our platforms (including social media, website, quarterly magazine, digital screen formats) for promotional purposes and at no cost to Council.

    19. City of Playford will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained during the course of the promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

    20. City of Playford shall not be liable or responsible to you for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss or damage you sustain as a result of participating in this promotion; and shall not be responsible for lost or stolen items, or damage to property or vehicles as a result of participating in this promotion.

    21 City of Playford is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this competition.

    22. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures of any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, City of Playford reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition if there is.
