Immunisation Clinic Closure - Christmas 2012
Please be advised that Council’s Immunisation Clinic will be closed as of 7:30pm on Thursday 20 December and will re-open on Monday 7 January 2013, 9.30am.
Weekly Immunisation Clinics are:
- Free to attend
- No appointment is necessary
- Available to general public
- For children under the age of 7 years please bring ‘Blue Baby Book’ for us to record vaccines given as well as Medicare Card to have immunisations recorded on the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register

Year 8 & Year 9 School Based Immunisation Program
In South Australia, the School Based Immunisation Program offers funded:

hepatitis B and varicella vaccines to all students in Year 8
-
human papillomavirus vaccine to all FEMALE students in Year 8
-
Adult/Adolescent diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis vaccine to all students in Year 9
Consent forms are distributed through local High Schools at the beginning of each school year. Should a form not have been obtained please contact our clinic on 8256 0333.
Immunisation Register
- To have your immunisation recorded on the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register bring your Medicare card along to the clinic.

- Please note the Register only keeps records of children up to the age of 7 years.
