City of Playford - A Healthier Community

City of Playford is committed to the Health and Wellbeing of its community and is taking on a whole of City approach to health. 

OPAL and Reshaping Playford are two health initiatives introduced to the City of Playford. 

The aim of these initiatives is to create a supportive community and to encourage healthy living as well as tackle the ongoing issues of overweight, obesity and chronic disease.

The two initiatives compliment each other with OPAL targeting 0-18 year olds and Reshaping Playford catering for those who are over 18.
