For Children
Books R 4 Babies 2 (Ages 0-2 Years)
This program is about parents, carers and babies sharing time together reading and playing literacy based games.
The sessions involve welcome songs, rhymes and finger games which are aimed at children from 0 to 4 years of age.
There is no need to book. Just come to the Library and join in the fun!

Join in the fun with our regular story reading and activities for pre-schoolers during school term!
There is no need to book and we encourage children to come along with their parents/grandparents/carers as often as they like.
*Story time is not held during school holidays.

Fun Kits for Kids
Fun Kits 4 Kids are activity kits available now at both Playford Libraries.
Fun Kits 4 Kids are designed for early childhood (birth - 8 years) and are available to borrow for any library member (registration is free) with a limit of two kits per library card.
We have a huge variety of kits to choose from which include:
- Frisbees
- Pull along toys
- Grip and scoop balls
- Quoits
- Skittles
- Skipping Ropes
- Puzzles
- Puppets
