HYPA provides a wide range of services to support disadvantaged young people. HYPA offers case management to FLO students, and support in accessing and maintaining safe and appropriate accommodation, reconnecting with family, school, employment and the community and to address offending behaviours. Services/programs offered:Job Placement, Employment & Training (JPET) helps young people aged 15-21, by giving them access to education and training, which can then lead to positive outcomes such as long term housing, education, and social reintegration. JPET helps young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, has been an offender, a current or ex-ward of the state, or a refugee. JPET also helps young people who are having drug and alcohol problems, behavioural problems, lack of life skills, unplanned pregnancy, trouble with the police or school, or those who lack support structures such as family.
