Council has recently implemented a new IMS online booking system to streamline the booking process. Sporting clubs access this system by a pre-assigned unique user name and password.

Located within most of our sporting grounds are clubroom facilities.  To make an enquiry regarding the booking of these facilities for a commercial or community event, or a family celebration please contact Council’s Sports and Property Team on (08) 8256 0333 or email

Please note that seasonal hire of playing fields covers the nominated training and match fixtures as indicated on the Seasonal Application form.
