The City of Playford Customer Care team are the first point of contact with Council. Our Customer Care Officer’s offer a wide variety of services to the residents of Playford and are knowledgeable in all aspects of Council business.

From general enquiries, customer requests, planning and building applications and dog registrations through to rates payments, our Customer Care Officer’s are waiting to help.

City of Playford’s Customer Care Call Centre is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday to help will all customer enquiries.  Please call (08) 8256 0333 to speak with one of our Customer Care Officer’s.

Our Customer Care Centre’s at Elizabeth and Smithfield are able to provide the same level of service.
